The trust undertakes and executes educational and socio-economic drives for the underprivileged sections of the society. Pratham Shiksha collects funds through personal and corporate contributions and canalizing them to support efforts in the society, which are in line with its mission.

Prem Shanti Charitable Trust is a registered trust in Jaipur, Rajasthan, which primarily aims at welfare of the underprivileged section of Indian society. It focuses mainly on the areas of education and healthcare sectors.
The trust has done a lot of work in the area of eye treatments since 2013. Various kind of eye surgeries have been done for underprivileged people, majority of it is eye cataract surgeries. More than 500 cataract surgeries have been performed at good private hospitals where it was not possible for these people to afford.
In the area of education, trust has provided woolen clothes, books, stationery, etc. in various government schools of Jaipur and Bharatpur district. Trust has also contributed to making classrooms and other infrastructure in government schools. Trust is creating a ‘reach to all’ trend with its more vigilant vision.
The trust has started a highly ambitious program Top Neurons (previously known as Top 25) for underprivileged but highly talented students. Its emphasis is on assisting the children and youth who are the citizens of tomorrow and the who need support to help them join mainstream society.
Many students with talent and intelligence couldn’t come forward due to poverty and they either cannot go to a college or they have to settle with ordinary colleges and finally gets very low paying jobs. This program first searches for students from Class X who want to go to the top Engineering, Medical, Science colleges of India, but due to poverty they cannot go. This program helps these students economically and socially for two years when these students are in 11th and 12th class. This program targets that most of these students can be selected into top universities in India.
It works with the principle of ‘Padhega India, Badhega India’
